the Brumbies the battle, as a young light weight rookie side gave the Bulls a lesson in how to put the ball through the hands. If 5 tries to 2 on away ground at fotress Loftus wasn't embarassing enough then a Brumbie win could easily  have been after a bombed try and a CJ Stander try that should have been disallowed. The Bulls kicking game is rugby at it's most basic form, they have not advanced their game and they will pay the penalty for being stuck in the dark ages. For crying out loud  this is a schoolboy side up against man mountains, the lesson should have been reversed, instead the Brumbies walked away with two bonus points and a moral victory. Shame on the Bulls coaching staff if that's the embarrassing best their players can do.

I hope Meyer and his Bulls support staff don't bring their style of play to the Boks.

What nonsense. The Bulls dominated that game in every resepect. The Brumbies lived off scraps and targeted the 10 channel where Morne Steyn was pathetic in defence. The Bulls should have scored more tries, were denied one when Steenkamp must have scored.

The Bulls were pathetic in those last 8 minutes letting in 2 soft tries like that. If you had your facts straight you would realise that the Bulls are about as young as your precious Brumbies. One would swear Chiliboy, the Bulls loosehead on debut, Jeandre Kruger, Steenkamp, CJ Stander, Potgieter and JJ Engelbrecht had been playing S15 for years. Thats half the Bulls side with very few S15 caps.

You pathetic lot are so hell bent on praising Jake that you forget the Bulls won and comfortably in the end bar the Bulls slip in the end.

Meyer will bring the Bulls style to the Boks. Its what he knows and its worked in the past.

Hell, its still working now.

Personally, I don't mind the Bulls style too much. It needs tweaking but they score tries and keep the ball for long periods.

In short, the Boks will play like the Bulls. Hopefully there will be some tweaking. And the more I think about, the more I see the inclusion of Robert Ebersohn at 13 (albeit in a years time) as someone that can really add to that style.

SA 10s and 12s will always look to close quarters but Ebersohn is the one 13 in the country who looks to give himself an extra metre, give himself time and use the wide spaces.

Yep, the Bulls def mixed it up and I'd be happy with that style with a few tweaks and a bit more precision. The Bulls should have scored more tries. Their style of play was dominant, but they let themselevs down in that last quarter.

Ebersohn will never be a test centre - he is far too small and weaker in defence than de Jongh the other little guy being touted by some.

Forget it, JP was good for the Sharks today, he is our answer at 13, we can have little guys as test 13's or old men like Jean playing there
