The change of playing the All Blacks from wearing black jerseys to white jerseys set me thinking again about the impact of kit colour on performances.  In the case of the All Blacks on Saturday - it changed them from the mighty All Blacks to the simpering Half-Blacks - lucky to survive in a game they should have won with ease.

Every time the Bulls turn up in nipple pink - the colour for all suckers -  I get the creeps.   From the mighty Bulls they turn into the simple sucking Bulls in one mighty swoop.

Question - does jersey colours affect the performa nces of teams???????

In the 2011 RWC final France played in white and the ABs in their black kit, and France only lost by one point. In the 2007 RWC New Zealand played in black and  greyish blocked jerseys and lost to France.
