Nienaber, Van Graan, Ackerman, Franco.

They apparently want to make a decision by the end of the month.

All four will be a vast improvement on White - but who will it be? All four will have the blessing of Erasmus as well and will bring matchplanning into the Bulls matches. Bekker and Rossouw wi;; ne nack in te coaches box if any of the 4 is appointed.

I know Rassie earns about R15 million a year, But the replacement of White is likely to earn cira R9 million a yea dependin g on how much Rupert and Montsepe will dish out for the purpose,

White has done well with the Bulls, there's no denying that - contrast them to the mess that is the Sharks, for example. According to the article I read he didn't think he could take them any further or to another level, which is fair enough.

White has had a serious relationship problems wwith the players he coached, He had te sme prblem with the Springboks in 2007 and with the Sharks and Montpellier in 2014 and 2017 and the Bulls now. The players hate to be treated like schoolchildren and that relationship problem remains a problem in the case of all players he coached,

The other problem with White was the lack of game plans in matches, Smit said afterwards that in the final in 2007 there were n planning and preparation for scoring of tries and that if the English disallowed try stood = the Springboks would have had to devise their own strategy on how to score a try. That showed also on the final against Leinster and showed up clearly in the three URC finals the Bulls played in in the URC series . Bashing and aimless kicking of balls do not result in scoring of tries and that was the real game plan or lack of it in coaching of White.

Mozart said the assistant staff stabbed White in the back I differ friom him about it. I think that White was on life support for a while now ever since Rupert and Motsepe appointed Brits to handle their rugby investments, I think the decision was based on reports on the issue pertaining to rugby performances which was probably the main problem White faced when it came to White's firing.

I won't be surprised if Plumtree get a discharge from his job at the Sharks sooner rather than later, The investors in the Sharks - especially Supersport will not have him for much longer as a coach.

Neinaber would be a risk given he has never really coached solo but if he did get the gig it would be interesting to see what he is made of as a stand alone coach
