Most of you are probably shell shocked...I'm not...a good coach can create miracles with any side that is tutored correctly....you can spout on and on about certain players...but the Brave Blossoms were brilliant... they deserved to win...forget their minnow status...they played very well...Jones is brilliant....Heyneke, bless his heart... a lovely honest man that lacks guile and is too conservative and chose the wrong cards... get a life guys...more upsets are on the cards...the best thing we can do now is to bury it and support our team.
The real problem is that we have very little clue how the minnows have lifted their game...watch Georgia against the Pumas...a possible upset because Argies might send in a B team.
This is WC rugby...not chest beating...give honour when it's due...for the love of the game and not your egos.

Been there, done that....played the good sport I mean. Time for figuring out why we were so bad. My guess is:
40 per cent preparation ...we were not up for the game and we had no tactics to play a fast, small team
40 per cent leadership. Our leaders refused to panic, but they also didn't react as the game drifted into dangerous territory.
20 per cent selection...maybe less. Any one combination of the 28 million combinations of 23 players you can construct out of a squad of 32 should have done the job.

That result of course means we are playing under sudden death pressure in every pool game now. That can either rally the team, or make them implode. And there's the double whammy of playing Scotland and the USA just 4 days apart looming . Guess we'll soon find out what sort of stuff the guys are made of.
