Eben is the backbone...PSDT is the heart that ignite the passion...both irreplaceable cogs in the Bokworks.
The longevity of Bok success depends on a succession plan, I stand convinced that there isn't one in place, the aim should be an almost seamless transfer from the retirees to the replacements. Coupled to that we need to have a pattern of attacking play that complements our Bok forward play advantage.
It's about evolving Bok play. It's great having an abundance of talent but how best is it utilized?
Our focus then turns to the management team and we ask are they up for the challenge?
It's a matter of how best to use our resources......how needs a vision.
Do they have one, there's nothing to suggest they do. Time is ticking.
I hope it doesn't come down to that they don't know that they don't know.
