The real story of the SA games this year is that playing of midgets in the backline is a certain recipe for disaster.
So lets look at a few f those and see whether my statement is correct:-
Lionel Mapoe - not an outright failure, but not a success story either.Juan de Jongh - failed badly in both attacking and defensive playSergeal Petersen - if yesterday is a real indication - he failed badly in all aspects of play. The try scored by him does not correct his disastrous display in ther est of the game.

To be fair on the lad, he was up against a monster. Carr also failed to bring him down.
I don't think many would find it easy to bring him down.
Either way ... we need the bigger, stronger Combrinck on the field in his place.

Combrinck should have started on the wing of course. Alistair with small man complex (some here also have this sad complex) and also his anc racist selection policy saw wee Sergeal in the squad.Even a mong should know that you can't play such a flawed player at this level. Pietersen at 82 kg gets swatted away by most players. his defence is poor and any nz wing would put him to the sword. Mike had Mapoe played with Rohan you might have seen better from Mapoe.
