..is about drama.

...daddy drama!

The rumour is that Rassie PTY LTD gave Roos a criteria laden mandate, and Roos met either all or most of it. Attended more rucks, was more efficient at rucks, worked more off the ball, etc.

All good?

No!

Why?

Apparently Roos's dad was giving it the big one "My boy is the bestest best of the bestest best ever". This annoyed the Springboks and is also affecting his role/status at the Stormers. If the rumour is true then this is why Roos when unselected. Not sure of the audience, location, time or frequency of the supposed oom Roos rants, but the Boks weren't happy.

It could be true. His exclusion is just weird. He's not my ideal 8 but that doesn't mean he's not a supreme athlete with a 10/10 temperament.

He could be just as handy for the Boks as Kwagga, Kolisi, and PSDT. I think he's a better athlete than all of them.

So lets hope that, if this is true, Roos' dad stops fucking up his son's career. If Roos is gonna be a Bok "...dan's Rassie sy nuwe pa...okay, oom?"

Sounds a bit like a Luke Watson/ Cheeky Watson story….

Roos has been improving on his Performances after surgery, so it’s quite weird that he is not there …

Family mixing in/ Drama, has never worked well in a Professional sport set up…

Then again Rassie is a control freak and likes Drama….

so he is possibly the

"Oom/Pa" of all the Bok players?

To punish someone for the sins of his father?...I hope Rassie isn't that petty.

...what if the father's mindset has an effect on the Roos?

Then the father's mindset now somehow influences things happening in the Bok dressing room while they're trying to win a 3rd WC in a row.

I feel like there might be a lot more to consider about that kind of drama than we realise.

It may not be true anyway, but it would explain his weird exclusion.

Besides the Personal issues Roos is apparently having here, Cameron, Cobus Wiese ( can play Lock and Flanker ) and Juarno, has trumped Roos with better performances…

The Daddy interference, is just a extra motivation to rather not go there…..

Parents can be very weird about their kids.

Some totally normal people I know have the most deluded view of their children ever. It's like genetically programmed discombobulation or something.

Personal opinion ...from what I've noticed over the years, this is more a case of Rassie bias than anything else...lank stupid not picking Roos.

If it’s true that Rassie is acting because of Bias he might have, it would make that a extremely childish reaction from him.

Why not rather sit down with the Man and his father….give them a clear guideline that Family interference won’t be tolerated.

Then after that back to normal business….

How do you know he didn't already sit down with the M.

Honestly, Rassie has had his fair share of luck, but I don't think he's a bad or unfair judge of character.

Whatever else we think of Rassie, the last thing I would doubt is his commitment to the Boks. I feel like he lives and breathes Boks success, and he'd divorce his wife if he felt she was getting the way.

To me, with things like this, one has no the option but to give Rassie the benefit of the doubt. If for no other reason than simply the testimony of the Springbok team themselves.

Mpower do you fucking have eyes or are you just fucking stupid

There is no fucking way Augustus or Wiese have been better than Roos this season - to say that means you are either blind or fucking stupid

Roos has been in great form along with Hanekom - there is virtually nothing to choose between them

While Wiese and Augustus have also been solid - Roos and Hanekom are just far better all round rugby players and trump the other 2 with ease

Wake the fuck up - the non selection of Roos has fuck all to do with rugby

Well in Rugby Articles, all are praising his form for North Hampton and Erasmus noticed it to.

So it’s not to outlandish that he possibly out performed other candidates …

He's a former Junior Springbok who was named Player of the Tournament at the 2017 Under-20 World Championship. Despite his potential, he hasn't yet secured a regular spot with the Springboks.

Here's a more detailed look at his strengths and current situation:

Strengths:

  1. Powerful Ball-Carrying:

  2. He's a try-scoring machine, having racked up a significant number of tries in his career, particularly during his time with Northampton Saints.

  1. Physical Presence:
  2. At 1.85m and 116kg, Augustus is a physically imposing player who can bulldoze defenses.

  1. Versatile:
  2. He has also shown the ability to create turnovers, offload, and improve his defensive skills, says Rugbypass.com.

Current Situation:

  1. Northampton Saints:
  2. He played for Northampton Saints in the English Premiership, where he was a key player.

  1. Move to Ulster:

Roos is twice the player as is Hanekom

Dave - Many people say x is good so you just don't understand rugby if you think x is bad.

Also Dave - It's not about articles, it's about watching a player play

The swirling mass of contradictions that is Dave.
