The numbers tell the story

In the last 24 hours the only "hot" topic on the SS site, hot by their standards I hasten to add.....is a string about this site. So who is obsessed?

And Dave who continues to bask in the glory of being the SS hit man....is the second most frequent poster on this site.

One really need go no further. But they are..... somebody is going to measure posts over there to see which site is most active. An interesting development as they called this a dead site a few months back.  Measuring a dead site conjours up a sense of obsession methinks.

Of course it's not numbers of posts.....most of theirs are one liners....or one worders, like "klop". It's content. And there they do have some fine posters like Blikkies and Barnacle....but many dopes. I think the content on here matches up pretty well, and is certainly far more international.

 Moffie, what would you say is the hot topic on this site, hardly measurable now given the mass censorship that has evolved here?

Now given this post is not rugby related Ed, will it to be deleted or are double standards at play here?

And then of course we have Ceradyne or  Vlagman as he is known over there....an ex assistant webbie on SS until well.....let's just say it didn't work out. But still a full time SS man....except at 355 posts he is one of our top posters.

Just a pity then that this mole has 6 of the last 19 posts on the anti Ruckers Forum thread.

It seems to me we have all contributed to raising this site....from one where days would go by without a posting, to a vibrant site with a very international membership.....Canada, Aus, UK, USA and of course South Africa.

So how should we react when our second biggest user, actively promotes another site on here? I favour openess, and would only ban lewd or hateful content. But no organization I know of allows active recruiting by a competitor on their own doorstep.

This is perhaps our first serious challenge since this place became home. It will be interesting to see how Ed and the members respond.
