The Sharks versus the Lions was never going to be a comfortable game because ….these tournaments are pumped full of human strength, competition and human pride and a little bit of jealousy…this element creates challenge and will power to beat…to prove champions….Jake White has it right …one step at a time. But the ability of NZ sides to win through just playing clever rugby and the huge motivation to win without panic…just simply play good rugby without panic…do the basics right…the score looks after itself.
My prediction is that the contenders are Crusaders , the Sharks and the Chiefs…the Ozzies are out of this race.
