Some have been great with many members and great postings, informative, humourous and friendly but over time seem to deteriorate and fall away, members forming factions against each other, members leaving and a few new comers that come and go but it's the old established members still argueing about matters that occurred when pa fell off the bus.

I'm a member of a fishing forum...was a few years ago a great forum with a multitude of members and by far greater than any other in membership than any other I have ever come across but over the last few years has dwindled to about 50-100 members.

..Hehehehe...I have a good chuckle when I think back to those days when those threads pitched up with all that BS funny posts the roofkykers couldnt stay away...the whiners couldnt stay away...and then the banning was rife and then FB groups were started and EVEN those fractured into secret little groups all over...hahahahahaah....times are tough in SA and egos get "damaged" very quickly and ALL and sundry is a fishing expert...BUT...I must admit....those days were some DAMN funny comments AND some DAMN fine advice in between all the bull dust and joking....

Just as I thought, too many hairy back stabbers for a decent forum.
