The Sharks beat the Pumas by 34 to 17. They scored 21 points in the last 30 minutes of the game and did not look very convincing earlier.
During the first half they made far too many mistakes and as a matter of fact the Pumas at halftime looked to be the better team. The problem was that Wright had an off day and Zeilinga also did not look good enough. The only backline player that showed real value was Jordaan.
Then Lambie came on and the Sharks backline immediately looked much better hence the three converted tries scored with Lambie on the field of play.
Bad news for Mozart - the players he consistently condemned are the ones who perform better than his silly notions let him to believe. Once again after Lambie came on the backline looked ten times better than when Fransie was around. Why would that be?
