The following is the joke team selected for Saturday's test match by the clueless Meyer:-

Replacements:

It is clear as daylight what happened here.   Francois Steyn threw his toys  out of the cot, because he could not get the money he wanted and Beast was punished because he told off Matfield for lack of support in the scrums.  


Morne Steyn was retained - even though he was poor last week and the only real improvement was bringing in Serfontein at center and  De Jager on the bench.  He is bound to be brought in early - because the two geriatrics at lock are bound to be even worse than they were last Saturday.


Nice big win for the Welsh on the cards.

 Meyer certainly painted himself into a corner with his squad selection - which impacted on his selection of the team above:-
*   Francois Steyn was sub-par in Super 15 and played on reputation - not performance.  His superego caused him to walk out of the squad - so one deficient selection gone.
*   Morne Steyn was  not considered good enough to play for Stade Francais and consigned to the bench.  Meyer's admiration for that guy is incredible - not good enough to play for Stade Francais - but good enough to be a Springbok starter.  What a joke.
*   Willem Alberts - the inventor of the Alberts Treeby tackle technique.  Useless in breakdown ball protection and recovery and cannot pass a ball to save his life. To his credit he took over the line out function of Matfield last week when the latter was too pap to go for line out ball recovery himself.
*   Victor Matfield and Bakkies Botha  - the oldest jokes in Springbok colours - a hopeless case of jobs for pals.  Poor as hell in scrumming and praised to high heaven by Meyer for doing squat.  
*  Jannie du Plessis and Gurthro Steenkamp.  They win the trophy for being the weakest props in living history - and the greatest givers away of penalties to the opposition ever.
What a collection of rubbish Meyer succeeded in bringing together in one squad.   granted he was hampered by injuries - but why the hell did he make Matfield the interim captain?   
I just cannot stomach the above and my heart is broken by Meyer and his stupidity.   It will be a disaster on Saturday and then what?

Bring back PDivvy to help Meyer with his communications with SARU. He knew how to handle his ANC masters.

Well the mob were calling for a rest for the Sharks front row....be careful what you ask for seems to be the word. but centre is the vulnerability. Personally I would have picked Mynaand. It may no longer be his day but it could have been his late evening. Slow as treacle, but then so is Roberts. Wynand is a strong chap who tackles well, except against fast elusive runners . He was our best bet to handle Roberts in the absence of Frans and Jean. This is a horrible debut for Stepfontein.....I hope he isn't shattered by the experience.

Are you really off your trolley.  This is the worst Tight 5 that ever played for SA.  There is one good player in the 5 - the rest are terrible has beens.  Morne is the worst possible Springbok selection and Pietersen is no center.   Alberts was nowhere to be seen on Saturday - bar for the line jumping he took over from the pap Matfield.

What a load of Bullshit - nobody asked for the resting of Beast - but Jannie was shit poor and Steenkamp worse. And then the two geriatrics at lock - it is clear that Beast told Matfield off about support in scrums and was punished as a result.  
The selection of Serfontein is an improvement on the sulking and under-performing Steyn - the worst SA 12 in Super 15.  Looks like Steyn chickened out after realizing he is going to get a beating from Roberts.   
This is the worst team imaginable and that is a fact.  Seems like Meyer's jobs-for-pals system is coming back to haunt him.

 It was clear that both Jannie and Beats spoke seriously to Botha and Matfied and that was shown on TV.  Neither of the two responded at all and De Villiers was grim as hell.
So what was said can be deduced as clear as daylight.  The props told the locks off and the superego of Matfield got the better of him.  
It is evident - the number 5 lock scrums behind the no 1 prop and the number 4 behind the number 3 prop.  Both props were poor on Saturday and both locks piss-poor in scrumming.  The plank are you for not identifying that deficiency.

 But wait a minute. You said that the Beats was better when Bakkies was replaced with Flip!!!!!! You cannot escape this one that easily. 
Having said that, you also still have not yet explained how you can judge the scrumming of  the locks.
This can only be said in Afrikaans: jy is so flippin dom, jy gooi  jou eie kak met klippe.
