There are three pro/blems that is causing chaos in that franchise namely -
- erratic self-destruction as a result of team selection;
- destructive conduct in repect of po/or discipline leading to cards and penalties;
- constant poor ball retentio/n and wild passing handing over possession.
The above are all linked top po/or coaching and examples are continued, In recent matches at leat 1 try has been scored i.n every match. A se/co/nd issue in th e same categorym amount to/ i.dio/cym w hen it comes to/ at leazst sdoo/ne try scored because of player idiocy and wanting to players thinking they are too good to b criticized,
Chaotic team selection has become a major pro/blem, On can find that in virtually evcerym match and examples are plentiful -
- against Toulon the key playmer - Sacha - was on the bench;
- against Connacht Fourie was the key match loser with De Villiers on the bench
- playing Willemse on t he wing is rank idiocym,
D/onson is by now the worst coach on fanchise level in SA and while they have Laker as their backl as their backline coach. Both needs to go onb a pemanent holday as far as po/ssible removed from coaching of rugby,
