Schalk and Vermuelen will be back then. So we will definetily win
The Stormers will win the Super15 in 2013
Sharks to win 2013......Stormers now the proverbial Chokers of Super Rugby................but we knew that anyway!!!
Sadly I think your Schalk maybe holding on with nuts and bolts by then.......Vermuelen will see the light and ask for a trasnfer as I am sure he will hate to go an entire career playing secomd fiddle to the Mighty Sharks!!!
BOOM
Yeah and Meyer will drop Morne.... Oh wait neither of those things will happen.
I am picking the Hurricanes! ;-))
Is that the tackle that Burger got injured in earlier this year?
Looks familiar.
Beeno
And the moon is made of green cheese. They need a lot of players to make that possible. In the backline they need to get an effective no 13 - De Jongh does not make the grade at all. The further issue is their loosies - count out Burger and get somebody good as an additional flank. Further development of the strength of their props are also essential.
Will it happen - not bloody likely.
Mike the oak starting this thread is Beeno10 NOT Beeno1 (The real article)
If you study his avatar you will see that it is Wynanad Olivier in full pink array. Hahahhahahahahaha
Now the real Beeno, the legend with the rugby acumen etc, would not hav e said we will definitely (Note spelling Mike) win the 2013 Super Rugby Trophy. I would have said barring injuries and bd biased refs refs we are in with a shout.
MIke this orange peeler and MongB all want to be like me but lack the nous! Be on your guard.
As for our props - watch this space. Kitshof at 20 had a very good season and just missed out on making the Bok squad. Malherbe another youngster will only be better next year. We have two of the youngest props in the comp who have held their own and more at times. We als ohave a number o fyoung forwards who wil lbe better next year. Add in Vermulen, Burger, Koster and Nizam Khan and we are in business.
What we need is a couple of new exciting backs and a backline coach. A new head coach with a bit of vision would also help plus the necessary financial resources.
Before writing off the Stormers like a lot of foolish herders did at the begining of the season lets wait to see the squads and coaching staff etc.
firing no cups coetzee will go a long way in helping the stormers win a major comp
I had money on Brumbies with Jake at their helm, great things will come.
So Brumbies for 2013.
Schalk will be fine, he is getting a Frankenstein Bolt through his neck and another for his leg.
Stormers be wary. Your game plan reminds me a bit of the BOKS in 2009 and then 2010. Same players, same game plan, vastly different results. We won the tri nations in 2009 with a "solid" game plan and we tried to take that into 2010 and got smashed. Reason being, opposition had an answer to it. They sussed it out which was not too hard at all. Very much like the NZL teams have sussed the Bulls out now which is why they are 1 from 5 against NZL opposition this year and were lucky to beat the Crusaders in PTA but even lost to the hopeless Blues in their own backyard..Stormers game plan has been sussed now and people are no longer afraid of them. If they do not change this, I predict them finishing mid to bottom of the log next year and not winning overseas unless its against the Force or Rebels. I hope thats not the case as we want South African dominance but Stormers are no longer "scary!" They are boring really and they have the potential to be great. As long as Schalk and Vermuelen play, they will be unbeaten ;-) ha ha..Well in that case, I am glad the Sharks are getting Honiball and Mark Andrews back and the Bulls really need Naas back in the mix ;-)
