He has had some vital touches in this world cup that created tries, even if he has been inconsistent. More basic errors than usual, but he is still very useful on turnovers, and another option at second receiver.

He is our visionary player, he is quick at summing up situations and reacting to create opportunities That clip shows how he is involved in most the tries we have scored. His form is low but his input is still vital and valuable We tend to concentrate on the negative and ignore all the good he does Let’s hope he has a blinder in the final for if he does we will be playing winning rugby

was a good player... not sure if you have any better atm... as dont really know saffa FB player stocks...

but saffas I watched SF with were grimacing every time he knocked on / under the high ball...

I hope he does get a chance to run it in open play - but havent seen him do that for a long time...

Think Poms going to high ball him... he'll knock it on... scrum... pom try... just being a realist...

I've said it before, most fans are wrong because they cannot interpret what they see. Analytics is the single most useful skill in life, yet South Africa is among the worst in this regard. Willie's value shines through even in our worst games. Review the film, and it becomes patently clear that the gameplan is failing the players, not the other way around.
