Thomas Jantjies, father and mentor to South African rugby professionals Elton and Tony sadly passed away on Saturday 26 January 2013. Reports are that he died due to complications from a bee sting. This clip is taken from a feature on Elton done by Trans World Sport. We do not own, or claim any rights to the footage.
Sad news guys, he wasn't that old at all. He seems to have contributed a lot in Elton & Tony's goal-kicking skills.

This is terrible news - my deepest sympgathies go out to the family, Elton and Tony, He apparently was a very good family man setting an excellent example for his kids.
Must have been allergic to bees as it seems his death was caused by a bee sting.
I know Mike, it looks like he was the boys role model, with great work ethics. May God's peace be with the whole family.

Very sad news and sad that a dedicated and proud father will miss out on so much of his boys rugby careers - its a cruel world. Two talented boys have lost their rock - thoughts are with them and their family
