Time to step up to the plate with some predictions

Firstly the match of the week end the blues agains tthe Mighty stormers at fortress Newlands.

Well I have to back the home side. Points of interest wil lbe the front rwo battel agains ta solid Blues scrum an the abilty of a smallish Stormers backline to defend and of course make an impact which has been missing so far.

The we have the Sharkies against the reds.  I am going to stick my kneck out and back the sharkies to win a close one.

Cheetahs to beat the Rebels barring another ref debacle.

Come to think of it who are reffing the Stormers and sharkies games. Dare on emake a prediction without knowing.

Qualification -  the above predictions are based on a fair competent ref officiating. 

Blues by 4. Reds by 10. Cheetahs by 5.

Stormers by 5

Sharks by 3

Rebels by 3

Yes well, that's covering all your bases with a 50 cents bet each way. Not good for a man who's been chest-beating the so-called Mighty Chiefs on here even before the start of the competition.

No doubt the Chiefs are a very strong side. However, they are not the complete package, it's still very early days. I suspect their suspect conditioning will play a part yet.
