just my opinion but the host nation in every IRC test match have had their own countrymen doing the vedio ref duties.

IMO, they are begging to be hit with a controversy especially when it can be solved so easily. SANZAR and IRB need to be a little less nonchalant about this, or we can have a repeat of the PE test.
