5 out of the top 20, not bad.

Marx should also be included in this list.
Kwagga is perhaps the best impact player in the world, but not a starter.

2. Eben Etzebeth (South Africa)
4. Pieter-Steph du Toit (South Africa)
17. Cheslin Kolbe (South Africa)
19. Damian de Allende (South Africa
20. Frans Malherbe (South Africa)
Frans Malherbe has not played well in ages. Still solid, but not a world beater.

Fuck Shark you are beyond rugby clueless Frans Malherbe was in the shape of his life this last WC and he was the unsung hero of the Bok side Easily the best tighthead in the game Marx is not on that list as he has been injured for ages

Marx isn't just the best hooker in the world, he's probably one of the best players overall. DDA only makes lists written by people that don't actually watch him play(please use this statement to rank me on the list below). But let's do another list and start on this thread... Shark - clueless Mozart - ignorant Plum -

No Buttplug you are not ignorant don’t kid yourself you are fucking stupid The fact that DA makes a list of the top 20 proves just how fucking stupid you are Poor players don’t make top 20 lists or the side of the year in 2023 but hey ho - once stupid always fucking stupid

Just opinion….the same way humans were once convinced there were fairies in the gardens. The stats say Dud Allende is one of the lowest producing incumbent centers ever in terms of:

Clean breaks

Metres gained per run

Offloads

Tries

Try assists.

His tractoring 99% of the time produces nothing, you might as well give the ball to a good forward runner, which excludes Dud Toit, whose only contribution is tackling.

Those are the facts not the fairy tales you believe Dave.

Bullshit he is the most effective 12 in taking it up, the primary role of a modern day test 12 and had the most dominant tackles The lad is a class act playing to a pattern that wins competitions

Taking the ball up for a meter or two….what good does that do.

It’s the standard, it sets up the next phase, no different to Eben taking it up The stats for current test 12’s does not see them beating loads of defenders or making clean breaks - it’s simply not the reality of test rugby You lot just don’t get the significance of his role all you see is tractoring But best of all is that all the other 12’s are doing the same, he is just doing it better than them because he is stronger The only real standout 12 this past year has been Aki but let’s face it he has done fuck all previous to this. You lot are devoid of reality - you still want to see 12’s attacking space, ripping defences apart - it’s not 2010

The other 12s offload…both Kerevi and Aki get their support into space. Dud just dies with the ball. They create he procrastinates.

Very few offloads from Aki he bashes his way over the advantage line. It’s been some time since Kerevi did anything of significance Aki has had a purple patch, he was insignificant before that DA has been the most consistent over the years it’s why he always finds himself starting No he does not die with the ball he sets up the next phase

So after 10 Dud Allende like phases we have gained 15 metres and given the opposing fetchers 10 opportunities to steal the ball…great.
