Agree with you again - but I have a slight problem. Looking at overall performances both Smith and Piutau only played at full back in Super 15. Piutau is in the same boat as Willie le Roux as full back - I think he actually only played three games on the wing this year. Be it as it may - he is a very good full back and he was very good on the wing - but he only played there because Conrad Smith did not tour and Ben Smith was moved to center.
Difficult to really rate players with such a few games in the relevant positions. That is why my rating is a bit different from yours:-

4 Savea
5 Piutau (Could be under-rated - but had too few games)

Hard to argue with that list Moz. It is remarkable that Smith & Piutau are on the list considering the limited game time they had in the position at test level.

North's overrated, shown nothing in six nations and is only good against weak opposition, also shown little for Scarlets.

Um North plays for Saints and is a class act.....his try for the Lions was awesome

End of the 2012/13 season he did very little, I don't think he deserves to be rated in the top 5. Rate Habana, JP, Ben Smith, Savea and Piutau amongst others more than him. He has potential though.

none of the top 5s ive picked have been based on every level of game, only at international level.
