....Etzebeth and Faf. The rest got us over the line, but mostly because the Bargies made an incredible number of unforced errors.
Goosen missed tackles and looked feeble under the high ball. He executed the set play try, but really nothing else.
Combrink had a forgettable day apart from his try
Mapoe was feeble
Allende was invisible
Habana did a nice job on the last try, but pretty much invisible apart from that.
Jantjies was Captain Confusion again...dropped passes, missed tackles....missed kicks. And his kamikaze kick into the Strauss nogin would have felled a lesser man.
Faf was a dynamo, defensively and on attack....he plays the game with joy.
Redlinghuis and Kock were both okay against a very poor Bargie loosehead
Strauss needs to be replaced by Marx.
The Beast and Kitshoff were powerful
Etzebeth was massive, the way he caught the Bargie left wing from behind was impressive.
Lomp was flaccid, Stephanie better.
Louw had an ineffective game....Kriel added some go forward and contributed to the winning try
Mahoje is not a test loosie
Whiteley was totally ineffective apart from scoring the match winning try.
The Bargies were the better team, but they make so many unforced errors. The ABs would have put this team away by 30 points.
Coetzee's coaching objectives are still a mystery.....his team a rabble. Proudfoot has made some progress on our scrum though. At least the intent to dominate is there.....but if Ayerza was playing I doubt things would have been as one sided in the scrums.

The Golden Lions would have easily beaten the Springboks today, let alone the All Blacks.
With Coetzee as coach- we are likely to see much more of the 15 man zombie antics. He is useless- just like the rest of our coaches.Unfortunately, a New Zealand coach or someone like Eddie Jones can't be chosen due to the transformation selection plan. The ANC now have to report to the UN- so maybe we ditch Coetzee sooner than later.
Willie Leroux was missed- and a place needs to be found for him on the wing.
Habana is done, one of the props could outstrip him.
The Lions prop was playing well until Koch replaced him
We need a new Vermeulen to get over the advantage line

I nearly put my coffee mug through the tv when Whitely tried to kick the ball out at the end. Pretty sure that's shortened my life.

Congrats to your Boks on their win .Commiserations to the Argies who dont seem to have that knack of closing out games yet.

Argentina lost the match through stupidly bringing on an ineffective bench.
They had the match in the bag and then threw it all away.
I see the Goats are now being haled as wonderful match winners ... a team that comes from behind ... blah ... blah ... blah.
When will we see them for what they really are?? Losers with a little luck on their side.
Their luck will run out eventually ... and I look very much forward to that day.
Something else ... we are yet to see Coetzee use Mbonambi and Paige. I wonder why he'd select them if he had no intention of ever using them ... I wonder why????? Truly puzzling!!!!!!!!

Just the scrumhalf change was enough to swing their fortunes. This truly was the match the Bargies lost.
