When you want to upload NON You Tube videos you use that rectangle.
When you want to upload You Tube videos use the You Tube icon.
When using the You Tube icon to upload videos always FIRST put in some text like my name is Rooitwit and I suck big time. Then on a line or two below the text place your cursor and then upload the video using the You Tube icon.

There is a glaring attribute of the captain that is disturbing.
The speech itself is disturbing, it must be listened to or subtitles be read. Each word weighted.
This is rugby. Yet SA rugby are unable to produce sequences like that. Who would expect IT to produce stuff like that over SA rugby.
A captain in SA can not speak that way, he can not relate to his teammates that way.
Problem; the game was won by IT in a mud and glory style, determination conviction, passion were key elements in the victory.
The sequence is brutal for SA rugby. They can not produce an equivalent. Again anyone paying attention to the words being spoken understand they would ring hollow in the mouth of a SA rugby captain.
All the IT guys would have died on the pitch one for another, they had values to stick to, they had peers to be considered by.
