Under 20 World Cup
Ja Moz, disappointing. I think Maaik hung his hope on Willemse, but he got injured. You can't concede 3 soft tries at the start of every match.
The French team look the goods. The score flattered NZ, but hats off to them for keeping the Froggs out. The tackle count was huge!
I looked at the pre-series results in the UK and the two players missing in that series - namely Willemse and Muller du Plessis. However, both got injured in the Ireland match. I still think that with those two available it is very likely that England would have lost the game.
The other thing that bothered me was the props - obviously quota selections which did not meet requirements. In all matches played in the series the props were viciously poor in scrumming -especially early in games.
It would be interesting to see how the bronze medal game between Mew Zealand and SA turns out. The NZ scrum was even worse than the SA one. I would say it is a 50-50 game. Incidentally on Superbru I predicted an 9 point victory by France over NZ. I also predicted am English win.
Didn't see any potential Boks in that lot.
The only two potential Boks I saw in the squad are Willemse and Du Plessis I mentioned above. Du Plessis before injury scored a ty in the Irish match
Incidentally Du Plessis already played for he Blitzbokke in Hong Kong = and scored numerous tries also against the AB team. He was then only 17 years of age.
Mozart
A fool is recognized by he rubbish he writes on this site. Listen dim one - I know that Willemse will not be released for the UK tour matches and the same with Du Plessis. However, they are way better than the actual players who played in the UK before th4 start of the competition. The lies are all on your side BSter and you are such a habitual liar that everybody just accepts your stupidity in that regard .
Dim one
In commenting on the matches in the UK - all easily won - I clearly said the team will be strengthened by Willemse and Du Plessis being playing in the actual WC ,matches. In other words - can your donkey brain actually understand the issu e at all.
Yep moolaa, not often you see a New Zealand team being bullied but this time they really got shoved out of the game.
The French backs also got up fast in defence and the Kiwi backs had no answer.Well last year you won it easy, can't win them all.

All preparation games as it was mentioned. SA rugby use their youth to try to get the results they cant with the senior squad. Hiding the failure that SA rugby are.
Short term plan, restrictive gameplan that might work at this level (when the actual physicality of the forwards is expected to be better than the rest) It is no longer the case. Not only other teams have as mighty if not mightier forwards (and embarassingly, some being non white) but they also come with an expansive, well rounded rugby.
To play semi finals, you need four teams, it can not be otherwise. SA team was the filler team, they do not have the level to compete with the other teams but four teams are required.
EN vs SA was another embarassing game. For the same reason as the game against FR.
Once again the poverty of SA quota players look unreal compared to the value added by EN non white players.
SA has not trained one single quota player who could match any of those guys. Terrible stuff.
It was embarassing as those players were instrumental in EN win. First with a capital turn over at break down near goal line when SA could get the score back and second with an interception that put the nail in.
Now at last, the game against NZ will provide some relief: they do not have non white players so no comparison. SA tales will go on, unchallenged. Soothness.
