Come gather 'round people
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You'll be drenched to the bone
If your time to you is worth savin'
And you better start swimmin'
Or you'll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin'
The line it is drawn
The curse it is cast
The slow one now
Will later be fast
As the present now
Will later be past
The order is rapidly fadin'
And the first one now
Will later be last
For the times they are a-changin'

Things are very even between the top 6 teams. Perhaps more even than they have ever been,  as the effects of the Bok WC win wears off.

The team that breaks out of the pack with will find a fifth gear. For the Boks that could be a more effective running game. But to do that we need a real backline coach. NZ needs a new head coach.

Right now France seems to have the most balanced game, given NZ looks increasingly compromised in the pack.

Fuck Niena, he threw away our number 1 spot. There was no need to play the current game plan or throw players into the deep end. I see dark days ahead

Although, France deserve to be number 1 and we are lucky to have stayed top for so long.

Corn do you really  believe that was Nienaber’s decision? To me it is      absolutely typical of the Harrassmiss MO.

It's the same gameplan by the same coaching team. Accept your fate. You cannot play rounded rugby. No splingblockhead team has ever played attacking running rugby. You are destined to be around 6th to 10th place. That's where you pretty much were before the world cup and that's where your rugby has been since then.

What is interesting is apart from Tier 1 countries in rugby, is the tier 2 and 3 countries developement and progression albeit it takes time and more importantly money, exposure etc.

Won't be around in 50 years time and it would be interesting to know how rugby will develope worldwide by then, if the world lasts that long.

Still believe rugby is such a more superior game to association football and the only reason why it ousts rugby in following, is that it's been around so long. I think originally too, soccer was developed in the poorer societies of the world and believe it or not rugby in the more affluent and privileged classes of the world, ie Rugby School in Warwickshire, thanks to William Webb Ellis.

Imagine if that had happened in Wales at Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch.

I think all that niena is going to do now, is revert to the Team in first test and hope they can grind past Wales to clinch the series, then all is well again in Bok la la land....I would start esterhuizen again but bring in Am 13, start roos and Marcelle again, bring in Elrigh louw. Etxebeth and Pieter/ lood as lock pairing. Kitshof, marx and Thomas...9 grant Williams, Pollard 10 , Fassi 11, 14 kolbe and 15 gelant with willie of the bench...and go flat out running at them....give esterhuizen the freedom to do what his good at, he showed glimpses of it....just do something other than what they've being doing up to now.
