 This is a theory Cloudy. Paddock was a patsy, who when he had served his purpose was shot. Apparently there is a evidence to suggests he never expected to die. The Sheriff said as much.Also, the consensus appears to be that Paddock didn't act alone.

First, a charger was found that does not match any of the cellphones that belonged to the gunman, Stephen Paddock.

And second, garage records show that during a period when Paddock's car left the hotel garage, one of his key cards was used to get into his room.

I am inclined thus far to go for the last two.Obviously no sane person does things like this but the massacre was planned over some time and so it was definitely not somebody cracking up - this BS has been debunked.It could be ano ther incident like the one when a Bernie supporter went shot up GOP congressmen. It has many hallmarks of an ISIS attack.I only hope there is no cover up and that the truth comes out.

 On Thursday Tony Hernandez Armenta, an employee at Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, posted a room receipt that shows killer Stephen Paddock was with a guest at the hotel four days before the massacre.

Now this…
Waiters at Mandalay Bay said they heard Stephen Paddock “speaking with others” in his room while ordering food.

But the FBI says he was faking that discussion.
That’s what the waiters are now saying — Paddock was “speaking with others” but he was just pretending
