This guy is a total rugby imbecile and a liar to boot. The same BS came up because the Springboks in 2015 lost all their matches in the RC and in fact lost against Japan in the WC when Japan was the 15 ranked team in rugby.
The Springbok squad for the WC was totally bizarre and out of the 31 squad members 8 was unplayable on test level and the rest was played on a basis that they had to play in virtually every game because of the poor squad selection.
The coach was useless. The players themselves decided to try a new approach since the Springboks were losing by minute 74 by 19-16 against the Welsh in 2015. They decided to make a play that Meyer was unaware of and would have forbidden them to use if he knew about it, It worked when Du Preez scored a try and get them out of the losing position they were in 6 minutes before the end of the game.
Lets start with what happened in 2015 - as stated the Springboks were behind on the scoreboard in 2015 until minute 74 of the game, They were never behind in the 2019 game. The Welsh were behind in the game and on 2 occasions managed to draw level with the Springboks, but never leading in the game.
Aside from that the nincumpoop made a totally false claim that the Welsh team in 2015 was stronger than the 2019 team. So lets look at what the situation was and what the real competitive basis was for dismissing the BS statement in this case:-

This is nothing new - the liar brigade on site made the same claim when the Springboks lost all the RC games in 2015 with a negative point count of 23 and won two out of the three games and drew the third one in 2019 with a positive point count of 51.
The Springboks in 2015 after the Japan debacle was ranked 6 in the world. They now fought their way back to no 2 after suffering a disastrous series of defeats and incompetent coaching by Meyer and Coetzee, starting in 2014 and ending only in 2017.
How competent a coach was Meyer? Just look at the situation at Stade Francais at present and you get the picture loud and clear. As bad a coach as Meyer was in 2015 as good a coach Erasmus is in 2019.
