Biggar mouth, who was dismissive of the braw Scots, botches a simple kick
Wales vs Scotland
Dan's not the man...Scotty gets the try!!!11-0
Smart break away from the maul by Turner…the Scots extend their lead.
13-zip
13-7
Brilliant 50/22 by Russell….big moment in the game.
Duhan shows real pace ….Scotland close. They need to score
Absolutely brilliant offload by Russell. Scotland score. Gatland watching Biggar being outplayed by Russell…what was he thinking with the Lions.
Brilliant again by Russell….Steyn gathers the perfect cross kick and scores. Go Boks er Scotland!
Scotty might be a dark horse at the RWC???
Duhan beats the first tackle again….Scotland score. Russell rubbing Gatland’s nose in it now. Amazing Wales went back to this grumpy old grandpa.
This team is looking pretty balanced Draad….they certainly won’t be an automatic oppo win anymore.
Scotland had a good run at the 2015 WC, wrongfully denied by a ref against Australia deep in the competition. They could be a stumbling block for us. I don't fancy us if we play as loose as we did last season. That defending and disjointed attacking with handling errors really worries me. Russell has played some great rugby against us. Had he started the Lions series, I believe they'd have won it. Certainly, they can't be taken lightly. I just wonder if they'll play tactically good rugby against us. In 2018 they were excellent, but in the next encounter they made so many puzzling tactical decisions that handed the game on a silver platter. Sometimes you think they'll pitch up against us and we blow them away effortlessly. It's hard to know what to expect. Perhaps a hard fought group is what the Boks need to sharpen them up and light a fire under their rear ends.
Scotland ending the game on the attack….Russell gets the MOM. Sometimes a bit of a lucky packet but great when he’s on….,Dcottie score again. Brilliant they didn’t coast home , a great game line defense followed by another try.
Deus that pool may sharpen us, but it’s looking a bit tough for comfort.
It's a tough set of fixtures. Ireland, Scotland, Tonga, New Zealand/France, and that's just including our first game out of the group!
