Wallabies Lack Skills To Play Cheika Ball

According to Glen Ella, famous ex-Wallaby and brother of legendary Mark Ella. He advises Cheika to pull back then gameplan to accommodate their inadequate skills and gradually build as their limitations and diminished. It seems rather extreme to me. Three years ago, the Wallabies had a phenomenal attack. What happened to that? If anything, they have a few players that better their options of that year.
