Wandile - Off to Stormers Reject Rescue

Look like the Stormers struck a deal with the Bulls to take transfer Wandile to the bulls. It has been really tough for him to break into the team with emergence of Gans and Moodie. Only played 5 min out of 9 games this season. 

He will replace Nel who has been ruled out for the season due to injury. The Stormers only have 2 players that can cover 13, but Hartzenberg is only 20 and maybe not ready. 

Could also be a good opportunity to try Willemse at 13, might be better for him than 12 

Maybe the Stormers can rescue his career like they have done with so many other players over the last few season. 

Anyone remember Libbok at the Bulls? 

I always rate Simalane, even at age group, but I think Jean Roux played him on the wing. He was the best SA player by a mile for the baby boks. 

Maybe his defence is questionable or struggle to read the game plan or what the coaches want from him. 

That said, great opportunity as Nel is getting a bit long in the tooth. With so many games being played, should have plenty of game time. 

Who knows, Jake wanted to turn him into another utility player, but I think it was short term thinking as he know with Kriel and Am that Simalane wouldn't get a sniff of a bok jumper. 

He probably wanted him to be in the bok squad so that he can get his poni funding
