It was 2 vital turnovers and his defense was excellent...the Allblacks didn't give us any space...bordering on offside...the team had an off day and still beat the Allblacks, coming from 10 behind...we beat them in territory and possession...

T he Barrett intercept try should never have happened,  but it's rugby, these things happen...I also think we should be looking for, and blooding his successor , but although we have a lot of good players,  nobody is breaking the door down to be starting @ 12 for the Bokke ATM.

That's on the whole backline, not only the 12...we were over eager yesterday...against NZ...a bit more patience and things will start to fall in place...3 in a row vs NZ don't come easy.

DDA clearly has a role as a roaming third flanker and in that he is pretty good. He's way better over the ball than Kolisi, he smashes and bashes in close quarters like a forward. As a 12 with ball in hand, the hardware is often too slow, the software buggy and the vision too clouded.

Esterhuizen is as thicjk as a brick and you want him in the team.   Where SB got that BS from nobody knows and he proabably got it ffrom sonmewhere whre i was posted by another BSter anyway .

Saffex and Swys is not from WP...and DDA wasn't at WP when Rassie coached there...I don't think he's brilliant...he's OK...I would like a old-school 12 to step up, but none has...AE is OK and I also think he could have been given more opportunities, but DdA isn't nearly as useless as some on here suggest...

PS...we just beat the Allblacks again 3 in a row now when last did that happen?...coming back from a 10 point deficit...and we played below par...the Bokke is a good team...and DdA is part of that team...Rassie knows what he has in him. We just started blooding a new 9,10 and 15 vs the Allblacks...12 and 13 is most probably next, as soon as the others have settled...too much change at once will backfire miserably...have a bit of patience. 

Some good things happening in the Bok setup, yes. That lineout where they ball went from the jumper straight to Sacha on the blindside nearly got us through. Likewise there were also a few shambolic lineout efforts. But you can see they're shaking things up a bit, and that's good.

Simplest and most sensible solution is to play Lukhanyo Am at #12 with Jesse (or Moodie) ar #13.

Best investment would be to leave this up in the air with DDA still nominally in the jersey until such time as Damian Willemse is fit and then pick him there going forward. This leaves the current back 3 of Kolbe, Fassi and Arendse intact.

Not too many other options. Ethan Hooker may be one. I hope so. I like the look of him.

Solve the centre conundrum and the rest of the backline picks itself except for scrumhalf where we have some quality options.

I just don't get why he is so hyped up by the media and some on here. Slipped a few tackles, some not even dominant and then just killed any momentum the backline try to create. I see all the media giving him a rating of 7. To me he was one of the worst players. His pass to nowhere, could have easily been intercepted. Then, him and old Kolisi running the same play for the 4th timez only to lead to an intercept. They tried that move 3 times. The first time Kolisi knocked the ball on

Kolisi needs to be dropped. He spends more time in he backline along with Kolisi. Two flankers trying to be midfield maestros. We had Arendse and Kolbe begging for the ball. All they needed was any of our back three just to get a little space. 

Honestly, some of these players are so over hyped. They just don't know how to put things together. 

I do believe we need to phase them out and fast. 

We saw that a kid like Fineberg can go tow to toe with Kiwis l, make a few mistakes and we still win. 

But it is the type of mistake. Man, how did Dud not see th defense, he just had to dummy like McKenzie and then pass. It is so simple. This guy is the reason why we don't have a decent backline play. 

I'm okay with money ball players that don't shine and do the work, but seriously, he doesn't do anything for me. 

Kolisi is another that should be left in Paris. He'll fit in well because Paris is no longer a European city. full of blacks.

Dud is also terminally slow. He had a decent angle on Clarke  to prevent his first try and got instantly gassed. He has a low top end and his mental reactions are so slow, he never accelerates instantly.

Meat and potatoes for 10 years at 12….how much rugby haven’t we played because of this cul de sac. As for defense he’s fine head on, but ask him to tackle a fast back in space and it’s bound to be a mess.

If Brown has any hope of building an offense that can score structured tries he simply has to persuade Eluckmiss to make a change.

While Allende has been appreciated as a top class inside center our resident Mamparas are at it again criticizing the great man.

One mampara suggests the consistently failing AE is the answer. Bwahahahahaha sides splitting stuff. Try him against Argentina but dont risk playing him against the Abs. 

I am open to Am getting a shot at 12. Allende needs a break sometime as does Kriel. 

It's always a pity when a fine Bok like Alkende gets no respect from ignorant supporters. 

At least all the Du Toit knockers have been silenced. Even poor mozzietard has shut up. Du Toit sure rubbed their long  snouts in it! 

Dud Toit’s failure to perform the normal contesting of the ball on the deck in the last seconds cost us the Irish test….I haven’t been silenced HasBeen, I’m  still documenting  the moments the groupies miss.
