Dagg and Owens are due back for the game this weekend against the mighty Sunwolves, now that sounds almost cruel.

On another point, you can see how the ABs have long range planning in player management as ABs that are older are being protected or have injuries operated on a year ahead of the RWC. The ABs really do think things through.

Reid was expected back by June but this has been delayed and no new date given. The scud missile was due back in April or May but I haven't heard of an update lately.

They are wise to keep the elderly goldies back - but the danger remains they will not perform up to standard after a long lay-off.   I cannot see how Dagg would be any better than Havili at full back and Owens is definitely not the strongest scrummager around.  Those two will NOT be in my fantasy teams anyway.

Hey guys,

I was reading this post and saw that you were all taking about a few injuries and comebacks.

I thought you might be interested in an article that we publish every week called the Casualty Ward. We basically cover every injury in Super Rugby and when they are due back. Take a look and let me know what you think!

Mozart

Idiocy relates to when player performances are discussed and  dealt with and somebody who constantly raves against performance as a criteria for teams election makes comments,

Actually all you need to do is look at Harry's excellent site....no need to get involved. But you do so love to be the 'reasonable' man. What a twat.

I'm not sure who you are talking to Mozart but on substance Harry provided his link after this topic was started.

I'm talking to you.....Harry provided the perfect answer to the issues raised in your topic, but rather than explore his excellent site you wasted your ammo on another sanctimonious attack. Guilty of exactly what you accuse me of....again.

Moz is having a bad day I guess No logic to what you are saying but no worries from my side either - a perfectly reasonable response from a reasonable guy, lol
PS I really wanted to use an emoticon as I haven't done much of that lately.

'Saders have always set the pace since the super series began...a credit to 15 man rugby...I'm a fan from the beginning...their make up what should be the pattern of all rugby...I luv em because they have winners mentality and of course they have critics and enemies because of jealousy...I again back them to win...they are the "Sea Cottages" or even the "Secretariat" (Big Red) of rugby.

Unlike , my Sharkies who I aso luv but let me down time and time again they have heart to win...that's it , just plain and simple heart...what a side, what a tradition...a reminder of what the Springboks were once. I watch rugby because I enjoy it, that's all and I watch and follow 'em simply because they play it.
