 What is your fixation with the age and experience issue?   Both are acceptable in all codes of sport if it goes hand-in-hand with top level performances.  Not all experienced players perform well enough to be retained in the national team - when they do not perform well enough they are  a handicap that should be replaced.  

But not by young inexperienced players unless they are true superstars....like Fransie. Few of these young chaps would have the chops to kick a RWC winning penalty.  

 Hell - but you are dim - Fransie played today and put in another pathetic and inept performance.  Stop living in the past - it does not help at present.

Are we still talking of presidents as having power? They are merely public relations for the real holder of power. The bankers and corporations have all the power. Don't believe me? Who holds the monetary authority? Exactly. Imagine if someone else controlled the flow of blood in your body, that would be quite a predicament.
