The tipping point for aging caught up with them, lol
More  likely burn out from poor player management & the  Welsh do or die effort are the reasons. Shocking to see a Bok pack being pushed around though. I am sure all coaches will be looking at that for lessons learned.

Yes JW shockingly bad player management - did you not read the post re Meyer thinks Boks in bad condition. Next reason  we are playing a tight 4. Also Flip was not up to his usual standard. Only the massive will to win pulled them through with a bit of Wales shooting themsleves in the foot re that last try.
In what state will our top players be in come the RC?  The Boks are an after thought for the SA Super Rugby franchises. Nz palayers will of course be aiming to peak for the RC.Then we will wonderwhy Bissie is not quite himself. The player will be blamed and the "gurus" will call for his head. The Boks have to be the priority. IT IS UTTER MADNESS TO THINK OUR PLAYERS CAN PERFORM OPTIMALLY UNDER THESE CONDITIONS. OUR RANK STUPIDITY HANDS TO THE WEE ABS A HUGE ADVANTAGE. WORSE STILL EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS BUT NOTHING GETS DONE. THE MIND BOGGLES
WHY ARE WE ALWAYS GETTING SO MANY INJURIES. IT NOT ONLY EFFECTS THE BOKS BUT MESSESS UP OUR SUPER 15 SIDES. BIG PART OF IT IS BAD PLAYER MANAGEMENT. HOW MANY PLAYERS ARE THE WEE ABS MISISING. ARE THERE ANY? NOT ONLY THAT THEY ARE REASONABLY FRESH AND READY TO GO.Its no use squaking when a dog tired player doesnt perform and blaming that player. Blame it on OUR DAFT ARCHAIC SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE REFUSAL TO GO PROFESSIONAL IN A PROFESSIONAL ERA.WHAT WE NEED ABOVE ALL THINGS IS A THOROUGH OVERALL OF OUR TOTAL APPROACH TO THE GAME. Only near the

But Beeno, it was only last week that you were all chest-beating. The factors you list didn't change from one week to the next.
Beeno predicts AB demise

What you missed out on is amazing.  The scrums in general was stronger this weak than last week.  The only tighthead won was when De Jager came on when  Flippie was off with a blood injury.   That showed that the real difference was when we had a proper scrumming lock.
Matfield provides no grunt - he is not physically strong enough for that and Botha flopped completely the previous week.  Why do you constantly make a fool of yourself by silly comments?

JW we have the players to put things right. However we need to manage our players correctly. Can you understand that.
The abs have their own problems. The first two tests belonged to the English as did the second half of the third test. You should have lost to Ireland and even France came desparately close to beating the abs. We were robbed via the Bissie incident and that actually effected two tests as has been explained. by various journalists etc
Abs not in a good place. Ditto the Boks due to very bad player management, excessive injuries, quota selections and a few bad selections. The way we prepare the Boks for the RC is a sick joke.

JW ya half wit I was one cautioning the head in clouds brigade. Not in as extreme a manner as Mike and Snapster of course. To say we were all chest beating indicates your lack of comprehension as to what happened after the first test against Wales .
ou JW appears so confused!!!

Beeno: I could hear the chest beating all the way over here in Europe. Poor ol' big ears was given no consideration by wee Noddy.
Strangely you seem to be in the middle ground when it comes to your fellow Bok supporters. For fractions of a second you almost sound rational

Funny how nothing is said of how good Coenie was at 3 when he came on.....maybe because he is young?

Bakkies is useless, but Meyer got it wrong of course......he should have played Lood ahead of Flip
