It must be said that the combination of Am and Esterhuizen, Mapimpi and Nkosi is looking sharp ball-in-hand. I can't see past these four as starting Boks. Mapimpi very intelligent, very purposeful, popping up everywhere looking to make something happen. The synergy between them shouldn't be overlooked by Rassie. As for the halfbacks, Schreuder did look good himself. I'm still not buying into du Preez though. Fassi looked positive and energetic, he has a lot of potential. we'll see how he fares over the coming years.

So we must accept the nonsense you dish out.   Am made some serious mistakes and Esterhuizen went nowhere fast.   Mapimpi is good and so did Nkosi - hope his injury is not serious.

Of the four, Nkosi was the least useful. However, given Dyantyi's Bok woes, I'd be looking at these two wings first. Am was solid on defence and alert ball-in-hand. Far exceeding the hapless Kriel. This centre pairing surpasses the Damian and Kriel pairing. Greatly.
