I thought all the winning teams this weekend were deserving semifinalists and they were the 4 best teams in the comp this year.

Bit harsh not having a single SA side in the semis but let's hope we see this as something of a wake-up call going into the Rugby Championship and the RWC.

Talking of wake-up calls, I think it was some time in February this year when ou Maaik and I suggested that the Hapless Stompies would come last in the SA conference and that was followed by a lot of high pitched shrieking and red-faced foot-stamping from Baboon-ou and several other Stompie Blowhards. I wonder if those same Blowhards will congratulate ou Maaik and I on a good call?

LMAO!

Yeah right! Of course they will!

My predictions are predicated on refs and injuries. So no apologies.

Have to say the frot guppies were very bad in the first half. Stormers at full strength were defini te semi finals candidates. Would have whipped the frot guppies by at least 20.

Beeno, you simpleton - rarely is a team at full-strength, so you cant continually use this. While the Stormers did have more injuries than usual, they have done poorly as usual. Once again the Stormers scored the least tries.

They should change the name....instead of "Stormers" it should read "Excuses"

The Sharks almost lulled the Brumbies to sleep. An innovative tactic......play so badly the other side loses interest and then sneak up on them. But of course the moment the opposition wakes up, reality sets in. How embarrassing was that last try by Powell. Cumulative season head to head results.....Hapless Stormers 25/ Witless Sharks 23.

Moz, Koosie is just begging for recognition.....a pat on the back or something to that effect.

Everyone please note I made this prediction ......nyaah nyaah nyaah.....and I want you all to.....and it has nothing to do with my inherent hate of the WP or Stormers.

Peeper's hatred for CT is truly hilarious....just another manifestation of his sad loser life. Imagine hating a city, detesting the roads, barfing about the buildings, ranting about the topography. Barking mad!

How many years in a row is it that the Stormers have had an "excessive" number of injuries? 10, 11 12? I think it is time that the Stormers reevaluate their player management system . It is obviously a huge issue, and the powers that be are too stupid to be able to identify it's importance.

bluebok, I don't think the Hapless Stompies have more injuries than anyone else, it's just their tearful little Blowhard fans looking for an excuse.

Who did the Stompies have injured who can compare with the quality of Sharks players injured for much of this season . . . like Beast Mtawarira, Akker van der Merwe, Phillip van der Walt, Jean-Luc du Preez?

I think Jaguars vs Brumbies will be a closer game than the Saders vs Canes one. Both teams have been playing good 15 man rugby.

Yes one has to agree there have often been too many Stormer  injuries. Must be sorted.
