We dominate the set piece completely as well as territory and possession and then we get THUMPED!!!!!

Down 4 – 2 in the last 6 matches to Ireland.

Yes that’s right … IRELAND!!!!!!!!!

Once again it boils down to a few wrong selections.

Sadly Franscois “two bounce pass’ HouGat was absolutely pathetic. To think I was becoming a fan of his ... that’s now a thing of the past.

He is useless. Plain and simple. Can’t pass, can’t kick, drops balls, panics easily, just not test material … time to go home HouGat … AND STAY THERE!!!

Willie “too fancy for my own good” Le Roux was once again poor. I’m starting to have my doubts whether this guy deserves the Bok 15 jersey.

Like HouGat … no consistency. A really poor display.

Drop him and bring Kolbe into the mix who should have been there to begin with.

Losing so much ball at the breakdown is inexcusable. We go in with the ball and they come out with it ... WTF ... ??

Oh look … it’s everyone’s favourite … Marcell Coetzee … a task assigned to him by the ignorant coach … playing him out of position … especially annoying when you have a natural opensider sitting back at the hotel. Not even part of the bench.

Was it perhaps cause Coetzee was covering for the useless Quota Oupa at blindside? Let’s face it Ol Oupa is as big a quota as they come.

Useless.

“Awesome” selections there Mr Meyer. “Fantastic” job!! "Great" game plan, Mr Meyer.

We miss Louw's precision at the breakdowns, no doubt about that. Oupa adds nothing, just another body that can pretty much be interchanged with any other Currie Cup #7 if we want to settle for mediocrity. Agree with you on Le Roux, most journos are giving him good ratings but I thought he was poor. Probably ran more meters sideways than he did forward, only to toss a panicky pass to the nearest guy when he sees the touchline looming. Less said about Hougaard the better.

How we managed to trail by halftime is a mystery, until you look at the decision makers then all becomes clear

If you want to drop Willie, then rather move him to wing and drop Cornal Hendricks.

The eleph ant in the room is obviously Oupa, we now expect Duane to do the work of two back rowers.

I agree, we missed Louw. Just a monumentally disappointing game! I thought we'd pull off a win up until the last 10 mins. Man for man we should have taken them easily.
