If the SA team wins the players will get zero credit - if they lose the attack on some players that I can already name will be endless
Boks starters 134 caps, with a further 25 caps on tbe bench. Less than half the xp of Wales. Least experience Bok team in modern times was 40 caps against France in 1993...for obvious reason.

O - I forgot the most experienced team with the most caps ever lost against Japan and you supported the selection of that team all-out on the basis of experience without any regard to performance. So the caps count when it fits your book - otherwise it does not.

I am not making out the Wales team to be world beaters - but I do not rate them as Wales third division team. They have some very good players even though they also have some unknowns
My problem is that the so-called SA team is nothing more than a development team and that the test is a form of trials game for them. I frankly do not think that they can beat the Welsh team even though some of their key players are not playing.
However, I do not trust Mozart's evaluation of player performances and can tell you already that he would go for Du Toit and blame him only for the loss - irrespective of how he actually performs. That is normal with him - he normally has a weekly thread started on Du Toit and in some cases even more such threads.
You must remember some players suggested by Saffex or me he hates because they represented a threat to his beloved players. He supported Meyer's selection of Mohoje for instance because he disliked Labuschagne and we all know that Labuschagne was the loosie of the Cheetahs and Mohoje did not start for them unless for some reason or another Labuschagne could not play. The list of other pet hates on the part of Mozart is long and falsification of what happened in matches was so obvious it was unbelievable.
He also invented a term "process tackles" in an effort to belittle some players - but whenasked what the term actually means he could only come up with BS.
To come ba ck to the game tomorrow I think the Welsh would win because a large number of players are poor and below par. Players like Mohoje, Carr, Jenkins and Orie are useless as well, while Jantjies never had a single test where he met requirements. .
Well, my son and I are going to this game so I hope the Boks put on a decent performance. Personally I always liked watching Wales play in terms of live games but I have never seen the might Boks play live. Some might say I won't see them tomorrow either.

1. I'm not OK with the Boks losing, but I'm angry at the system and not the players. A blind man with a stick can see that that "Bok team" is not a Bok team.

Mike, that might be a 3rd rate team, but the Bok team will probably struggle against a lower ranked Super Rugby side. Some of the players aren't even first choice players for their franchises.

There are at least six top Welsh players missing - but it can at worst be regarded as a Welsh "B' team - not a third rate team.

The Dragons have a total of
Forwards = 134 caps (Bradley Davies has 62 of the 134 forward caps)
Backs = 123 caps (George North has 73 of the 123 back caps)
Bench = 34
Total 291 caps
The difference between the two sides is a mere 132 caps. That is equivalent to George North and Davies combined.
In other words ... this Welsh side is a 3rd stringer side ... and not as wonderfully put together as Mike's trying to make out.

Washington - Warren Gatland has slammed critics of Wales' clash with South Africa as "bitter and twisted" as the two teams prepare to meet in Washington DC on Saturday.
Wales are in the American capital prior to their two-match tour of Argentina with their clash with the Springboks at the RFK Stadium taking place outside World Rugby's designated Test window.
Critics have slammed the encounter as a money-grabbing exercise with former Wales captain Gwyn Jones declaring it a "shambles" which "devalues international rugby."
Both teams have named youthful sides, but Wales head coach Gatland sees the 80 minutes as a vital part of his team's preparation for next year's World Cup.
"If anyone has come out and criticised this match, they're completely ill-informed in terms of how important it is for the long term," he said.
"I think you would have to be someone with a chip on your shoulder or be pretty bitter and twisted to criticise this match because I see it as absolutely vital in terms of our long-term planning for 2019. "
