I must add Mitch here too and yes there are a few others.

All of them are excellent rugby coaches, that change things because first of all they understand both the game and human psychology relating to the game. They earn respect first of all and keep it. The really good ones are often found with "weaker" sideswho can turn it around...Vern Cotter, Milton Haig, Eddie Jones and Mitchell.

Saffa posters here have attacked and elevated players in SA but this is NOT the problem.

We need a coach...the rest will follow...not so sure about Rassie though but I think he deserves a chance...I've always punted Vern Cotter or Milton Haig...the type of coach we need now...a builder coach, who builds slowly and steadily but our impatience and demands would not allow it and I doubt if these 2 gentleman would want the job anyway.

Agree 100% with you here.   Only people suffering from mozartitis believe that coaches do not develop teams and players.
