What is happening to the Bulls

Last year the Bulls were the all-conquering SA team - this year the results were worse.   Jake White has a lomg history in coaching being goof in the first and his team performing well - but then in the second year of coaching the terams he coached went south,   Is this the case this ty as to the Bulls following the same path ?
