It can be summarised briefly - there hooker (Fourie) cannot feed line out balls and they lost badly in that Department.

They have by far the worst flyhalf in Super 16 - Jantjies is absolute shit and should play Vodacom Cup at best.  Why - o why did they let Catrakillis go and sign a contract with this specimen?

De Jongh is as harmless as a piece of cottonwool and they should have gone into the game with De Allende and De Villiers.

Absolute rubbish performance - but those three were the worst.

@Clevermike- Jantjies is so bad that he is even worse than the 16th team in the SuperXV that does not exist?

It seems possibale

What went right with the stormers clever mike?

Assuming they had an easy win against the C team the Crusaders sent over may have been #1 reason for failure. Assumption being the mother of all fuk ups. How naive can you get?

#2 Constant infringing by holding on to players jerseys and lying on the ball and expecting impunity from the local yarpy ref may have not been the best tactic either for the hapless Stormers as you can only get away with so much cheating given all the cameras these days.

#3 You need possession to win and the Crusaders got up to 80% possession in the second half. What happened to the mighty stormers forwards that were going to dominate proceedings? LMAO

Did try to tell Beanob his team was pathetic and the Crusaders would put them in their rightful place i.e 4th in the SA conference but his head was so badly swollen after the last couple of games, what a muppet.

Time for a reality check Beanob with the Sharks and Cheetahs now looking the goods in the SA conference. Unfortunately for the stormers its looking more and more like another year and another CHOKE...

deon fourie was small part of the lineout woes, anderis bekker let his ego get the better of him consistently calling for the ball, despite sam whitelock owning himon every single level. the pwnge of bekker from whitelock wasnt restricyed to the lineouts either.

what kind of person repeatedly asks for lineouts when they have been getting schooled their all game???? was it an ego thing??? we all know bekkers the tallest man in Bok history, but the stormers might as well have played frodo baggins instead of bekker for all the good that bekker did. at least frodo wouldnt have asked for a lineout over and over again like it was his precious.

stormers have a team thats good enough to win a title, but knowing how to win the real tight ones is something thats very foreign to the still.
i predict the stormers to make the semis again before bowing out again.

What went wrong Mike, defence from Crus was far to tight and ruthless it had to be or Stormers would have won. Stormers lineouts looked almost lazy Cruz where all over them almost like they where tipped off to there calls. GREAT win by Cruz with key players missing great outcome.

I felt they didnt do their homework like they did against the Chiefs or Brumbies.

Jantjes remains terrible and should never be in the team.

The lineouts was a shambles. Bekker was clearly rattled in his decision making.

De Villiers had one of his beter games. They tried hard but after seeing how they demolished the Bulls the Stormers should have taken note.

The Crusanders played very well. They played for each other and put their bodies on the line in defence. Fortunate for them they were able to stop the Stormers at the end. So close but no cigar cigar!
