I made the mistake ion Superbru not to post predictions for the past weekend so I will ry and write something about the likely outcome in the semi-finals.

WP-Lions game

WP did not show up well in their latest games - and although they wion it wa a hard grind for them in matches they should have won easily.   However, they should not have any problems in beating the Lions - of they can't it would be one of the big upsets of the year in rugby.

It entirely depends on the WP backline and I believe they should bring in De Villiers and leave the rest of the backline intact.

Be it as it may - they should win this one by at least 15 points.

Sharks - Cheetahs game

This is a game much more difficult to predict to predict the outcome of.   The Sharks struggled against the Bulls the previous week - whilst the Cheetahs beat them with ease this past weekend.

Through the years the Cheetahs have often enough proved to be a difficult hurdle for the Sharks and that can be repeated on Saturday.   It also depends on the weather conditions a game is played in.   Another bad weather day and it can affect the performances of both sides.

I am not over-confident on this one - but think the Sharks could prevail here and beat the Cheetahs by circa 6 points.
