Whats wrong in the Stormers team

Over the past two weeks there was clear indication where the main problems are and those unfortunately goes wider than imagined:-

*    There outside backs are poor - especially on defense.

*    They have useless scrummies

*    The loosies - especially Kolisi and Carr - are poor and do nothing when it comes to ball carries and ball proection nd recovery is concerned and Carr's defense is BS

*    The situati on as to scrumming is poor - bitterly disappointed in Louw - he was sub-standard for a number of matches now.   

They are just embarrased that Beeno is one of theirs, thats enough to make the players drop their heads in shame

Fleck ...

To many mediocre players and others not performing. 

Samuels bog ordinary. Kitshoff not as busy as usual. Louw over rated as a scrummager.

Carr  not fast and small. 

The Mighty Eben missing.

Vermaak a passenger - what has happened to him.

Viljoen pedestrian.

Leyds loafing and asking to be dropped. 

Marais no good.

Kolsi no captain.

Fleck not up to job.

However there appears to be a big gap between the Stormers at home and Stormers away. Becoming like the Bulle. Could it also be a motivation thing.

The Stormers messed three scoring opportunties and ended the stronger side.

All is not lost! Some adjustment need to be made to the side.

The Stormers made a mess insofar as contracting of outside backs are concerned - Senatala is a 7's specialist and Lleyds is poor.   Why did Rassie leave him out of the upcoming camp if he was any good..   Rhule was a BS buy as well.   They let a real wing (Van Wyk) go and got BS in return. 

They let Schreuder go and have only two club rejects at scrummies now.   Bad news.

They have two of the best loosies in their squad in Vermeulen and Van Dyk - but prefer Van Dyk on the bench and since Vermeulen is injured - they moved Du Toit to the 7 position.   Since Kolisi is seriously deficient and a quota player at best - they should play van Dyk and Vermeulen on 8 and 7 respectively.

I think we will soon see Malherbe replacing Louw as TH prop.
