Where To For Ronan O'Gara

He has been building a name for himself in New Zealand, where he has great rapport with many current All Blacks within the Crusader's setup. He is currently the assistant, but his contract expires this year. With that in mind there is talk of him taking the reigns as Crusaders head-coach, or moving into the All Black setup after Hanson departs. To our resident Kiwis, what do you think of the prospect of O'Gara coaching the All Blacks? Should he take the reigns for the Saders? What's your genera impression of his work?

Doubt he has the experience yet to run a Super rugby team, and the depth of New Zealand coaches is too strong. 

I think it would be too early as well. As an outsider, I do find this interesting. Not many foreigners break into the Kiwi setup. He is very well liked and regarded highly. It was Carter who raved about him initially, this opened the door for him to work in New Zealand. Who knows what happens. May the luck of the Irish be upon him.
