Where to next for the boks

So we lost yet again and this time nobody expected a win, not even the players themselves. 
We had to of our better loose forwards being omitted or chose not to play. Vermeulen got overlooked and so did Schalc. Funny that Scalc is based in London and would have jumped at the chance to play for the boks.
So where to next.
We all here that we have to copy New Zealand and do believe that some elements are true but the rest is up to us. 
One thing that stood for me is that when New Zealand gets their TV deal from of something like $250 million the majority of this money go straight to the players and is negotiated on the player association. 
We simply have to get our best players to stay in SA and non of this gap year Japan come Euro tripping where we only get over played and out of form players.
Our players needs to be looked after and managed or we will always end up having players playing out of position or not being able to make the grade. 
So is Saru wasn't so greedy we could easily keep our top 150 players in SA and follow NZ business model. 

 It's obvious the Boks are a lost cause brought about in no particular order by the lack of a half decent coach, political interference and a clueless administration in SARU. I would start by getting rid of the delusional and clueless Coetzee and I'd replace him with a foreign coach. Note I said foreign coach not a local coach because there are no coaches in SA.
Not sure how I'd get rid of the Minister Of Sport and SARU but a leaky boat would come in handy.

 Yes, the coaching team is the first to go. I don't think that Jake is the answer as watching Montpellier is extremely painful. He'll get the job done and get us back on track and might get lucky again. 
Rassie is overseas and doing well for Munster, so I would consider him. 
But if we want to be successful in the long run then we have to get our players playing in SA and managed centrally and allow the national team have full control of player welfare. 
We are lacking developing players in all positions and it seems that wings and full back are neglected and so are scrumhalve position. We are looking better at Lock, Flyhalf and the centres but still a long way to go.

 My apologies for screwing up the margins, but here were some constructive ideas addressing the topic "Where to for the Boks".

Good summary of the problems facing the Boks in that video: 
1. Playing players out of position in roles they are not familiar with or used to.2. Total meltdown in basic defensive structures and communication.3. No urgency or commitment to exploiting forward momentum at scrumhalf/flyhalf.4. Constant chopping and changing instead of settling on combinations.5. Lack of confidence all the way through the team.
Tough times ahead.

 As I've said several times over ... it all boils down to the UTTER incompetence we have coaching the side.
Coetzee doesn't understand the technical aspects of the sport at all. One would have thought that as a head coach he'd at least have the simple basics down. 
He doesn't even know what each player's role is. Much like our very own fool, Mozart ... he's winging it as far as he goes ... much to say but without understanding any of it.
He loves to select players out of position and yet has no clue how to guide them regarding their responsibilities.
There isn't ANYTHING about the sport that he excels at.

Nix ... Nada ... F0kol. 
He is as clueless as they come. A m0ron. A gravy trainer here to ride it as far as he can.
He was a fool back in Jake's day and his a fool now.
That's our quota coach for you.
He should never have been appointed.
I hope Italy take us to the cleaners.

A loss against Italy would be nearly as bad as the loss last year against Japan - nothing happening this year was as bad as that disaster.
I am not sure what will happen on Saturday.   It depends on team selection.   If the duds are kept and Goosen is not the flyhalf then we can expect a poor result.
Since Coetzee is clueless - on par with Mozart - we can expect a disaster.  I include Jp Pietersen as the worst dud of the lot, closely followed by Paige - who was h opeless on Saturday.
