Whiteley out for 3 weeks . . .

Contrary to what the board buffoon is stating elsewhere, Warren Whiteley's groin injury will only keep him out of rugby for 3 weeks (rather than the 3 months that was reported by the rugby noob).

This means Whiteley might still play in the Super Rugby playoffs and will almost certainly be back to captain the Springboks in the Rugby Championship.

The initial report on the local media and before the test last week all wrote that he would be out of rugby for three weeks,   It was only after the specialist saw him that the 6 to 8 weeks absence became clear.

At the time Moffie posted 3 months, the reports all said 3 weeks. It was only later when they discovered the ligament tear that it was changed from 3 weeks to "between six to eight weeks" . . . still not Moffie's 3 month premature ejaculation.

When an injury does not require an operation, the healing time may vary significantly. It could well be 5 weeks or 8 weeks, and possibly longer. This could be a niggly type of injury that takes ages to heal 100%
