a basic plan, plain to see, no surprises. Opposition teams know what to expect.  Preparation to dismantle the plan is made easy in that it's basic and simple.

There were warnings aplenty on here and everywhere else.....still Erasmus and Nienabar stuck to what has worked in the past even though most knew that their pattern of play had a limited lifespan. The loss to an average Oz side is an insult. Erasmus and co have nothing more to offer.

The AB's are laughing at the Boks.

When last did we win in Australia? We'll see how it goes next week...and the two matches against NZ. We had a bad day at the office, but we still have a good team.

"Erasmus and co have nothing more to offer. "

What does this mean?

It means that Erasmus and co can't evolve the game plan to a higher level, I did warn that the current level of play was basic and that it needed to evolve and that the current pattern of play was  predictable making it easy for the opposition to prepare.

I'll give it a bit more time...I'm also not a fan if our playing style,  but it brings results...our execution was poor yesterday...we left a try on the deck and missed 4 kicks and still nearly won...

You say we left a try out there. Australia had at least 4 tries go begging (28 points for a 56 point win). Even with the calls going in their favour they still outclassed us.
