I can't believe we are in this position, we are nowhere closer in knowing who our starting 15 is. I thought the team that played on Saturday was the closest to our best 15, but the it was a limp performance. Poor grant got knocked out in 16 seconds and probably the shortest test cap ever. We have Faf with his usual kicking the leather of the ball, although, he was ferocious in defence and was just everywhere, still feel that he lacks the pace of Grant or Reinach. So I have questions over him had not been for his menacing defence that caused som much trouble for the Argies to get any momentum.

But, we haven't seen the the best, inform bok 15. Looks like the coaches already have their team down on paper well before this World Cup year even started. There is no surprise, it is pretty much the World Cup 15 that won it. The rest have to figure out how to get noticed in a really stale bok system. Players like Libbok, Esterhuizen, Roos to name a few simple don't have a chance. This is evident when we look how many minutes dud have occupied in the midfield and then you have Esterhuizen who pretty much were printing his own man of the match awards every weekend in the premiership and he couldn't even get a test match.

So who do you think is the bok 15 and who do you think should be our starting 15?

This is what I think the Eraser will choose.

  1. Ox (Not fit)
  2. Bongi (Out of form)
  3. Treevvva  (Not fit)
  4. Etzebeth
  5. Lood (Orrie if no black front row)
  6. Kolisi (Shouldn't got to the World Cup, injured and not enough game time)
  7. PSDT
  8. Vermeulen (too old, can't keep up)
  9. Faf
  10. Pollard (Shouldn't go to the World Cup, not fit)
  11. Mpimpi
  12. Dud
  13. Am
  14. Kolbe
  15. Le Roux (Too slow, can't beat defenders anymore)
Based on what I have seen this season our of the 3 test matches and the end of year tour.  There are some players like Galant that should be our 15, but he has been omitted.
So here is my pick
  1. Kittshoff
  2. Marx
  3. Koch (Flabherbe is a weak link in defence and scrum time)
  4. Etzebeth
  5. RG
  6. Van Staden (Didn't perform last night, maybe kwagga, if Kolisi can get 2 games before WC)
  7. PSDT (Who else, not seen anyone else play here, maybe Jean Luc, but hasn't had any games)
  8. Vermeulen (Hard to pick between Roos and Wiese. Wiese was fine last season but imploded against AB)
  9. Faf (but would have loved to see Williams start to see how he does)
  10. Libbok (No-one else and not Willemse)
  11. Moodie (Arendse normally but, don't like 2 small wingers, we need a catcher)
  12. Esterhuizen
  13. Am (Kriel did nothing last night, robotic)
  14. Kolbe (Never give up, even when being starved of the ball)
  15. Le Roux (Still our most influential player in the backline)
