These post match interviews are a waste of time anyway. The same old cliche questions with the same old cliche answers every time.
"Ja no we're very disappointed but we'll work on the problems and do better next week. Back to the drawing board. Proud of the guys. Bla bla."

I never listen to those interviews - so you may be right in that case. A waste of time and space it seems to me.

Jones: Just your nature is very aggressive mate.
Interviewer: I don't think...that's not the plan Eddie, I'm just asking the questions the fans might want to hear at home.
Jones: That's fine...I'm happy to answer that aggressive questioning.
Interviewer: Which one was aggressive especially?
Jones: Just your manner. The way you're talking to me.
Interviewer: [unintelligible]...Eddie, there were times when you yourself were aggressive so not sure that you can necessarily throw that at other people?
Jones: Well you're telling me when I'm aggressive so I'm telling you when you're aggressive.
End of match interviews are ok ..... its the halftime chat that I find bollocks. I like Jones, he often makes me smile.
I too would be embarrassed to come on air and admit that we've been beaten by a quota riddled side who haven't had much game time as a unit.
He responded with the standard "back to the drawing board" response and I thought that was good enough.
