Hurt his neck and has had to have surgery.

He won't be back anytime soon.

Wish him a speedy recovery. A great 8 and took to test rugby like he was born for it.

now...well very quickly get to see if Rassie prefers Roos to Hanekom.

Rassie prefers Kwagga ahead of them.

And that is a Problem, because Kwagga is not a 8….he struggled when he started at 8 the last time around.

Hanekom is the superior choice to Roos. Bad news for Wiese, hope the guy can recover soon.

Sorry about Wiese - but if out for a year he will find it difficult at 30 to get back to play becuase in his absence Roos and Hanekom will become established at 8 and 6 respectively and that remains poblem for his potential return to rugby at 30 years of age.

Kolisi becomes an option at 8 as well as that’s where he has played all season - that way Kwagga would start at 6. Kwagga is poor at 8 and never been great as a starter in general. Far better impact off the bench

Can’t say I agree - it has to be Roos or Hanekom

Its Roos for me right now
