If you look at his try scoring ratio, the thing that Dave told us is irrelevant, and you are a normal person, then you feel obliged to tip your hat to his record thus far. He's close to a 1:1 ratio in terms of scores per game. ...but here's the bit you don't hear. The ABs get the ball to Jordan at such a rate that he received more ball than any other Test winger in 2024. From the most runs comes the most tries. Such a simple metric that most ignore it.

Imagine what Kolbe could do if we got the ball to him more than twice a game.

It helps that Jordan is a special player because that stat falls a little flat when you consider the other wing does not have that strike rate and the majority of Jordan’s tries are not scored from receiving the ball down the line. I’m guessing he also probably started a good few games at 15 Not to mention that Arendse has pretty much the same strike record for the Boks closely followed by Kolbe who has a better strike record than the other Kiwi wing - Clarke and Reece Glad to be of service boys as always :)

Jordan is an attacking threat and he is fed the ball. I'll look for a highlight reel, and let's see how many of his scores are from play other than him being fed the ball. And then we can see if Suffolk is spreading misinformation or not.

I feel your pain already And while you are at it kindly explain why Arendse’s test strike rate is as good as Jordan’s and why Kolbe’s is better than Reece and Clarke’s Ouch

LOL Dave, I got the highlight reel of all Jordan's scores. He scores a few tries from his own chip kicks and intercepts but about 70% of his tries are because he's given the ball in space...and a whole bunch of those from set moves aimed at getting him through. He plays wing the vast majority of the time, and he got more service than any other Test winger in 2024. On my phone so can't post the link but search this in YouTube. "All Tries by Will Jordan! 37 Scores in 39 Tests for the All Blacks! "

Given the ball in space does not only mean received down the line I’ll check it out though

Ok Plum I’ve just watched it He scores 11 of his 37 tries receiving the ball down the line out on the wing - that’s 29% The rest are down to his individual brilliance, running great lines or chipping and gathering I suspected this would be the case as rugby has moved on significantly from the days of getting the ball down the line to the wing to score tries Defences are too structured primarily and with the secondary sweep, tries by wings from ball down the line are few and far between

Lol I'm not the one that thinks set moves, where Jordan cuts back in to run onto a popped pass, while the entire move was orchestrated to create the gap for him to cut into, is him "choosing" his running line and scoring due to individual brilliance. The more you talk the more we see that you have zero clue. Just old flapper, flapping his lips.

No dumbfuck it was you banging on about how quickly and often Jordan gets the ball down the line so a pop pass inside with him running a good line has fuck all to do with the ball getting down the line and putting Jordan away to score out wide But you are too fucking rugby ignorant to work that out Problem is you shot your mouth early saying it was all about how much the AB’s got the ball out wide when anyone who knows anything about rugby knows that is never going to be the reason Jordan scores his tries So I exposed your lies and now you are trying desperately to imply a good line by an individual somehow has something to do with a full line movement - fuck off You are just plain rugby ignorant and a liar All of 11 of his 37 tries was as a result of a full or partial full line movement You are such easy pickings as always

"No dumbfuck it was you banging on about how quickly and often Jordan gets the ball down the line..." When what I actually said was... "The ABs get the ball to Jordan at such a rate that he received more ball than any other Test winger in 2024." ..didn't you just call me a liar a few lines up? So you're either lying, or you're thick. Did you also say that I "shot my mouth early"... Another double mega-ooooooopsie from Davie. What have we learned today? 1) Dave doesn't understand what dominance actually means and b) he thinks that unless the ball travelled down the line to a winger then the team didn't actually get the ball to him. What's that saying about being quiet and allowing people to think you're dumb rather than opening your mouth and proving them correct. ;)

Fuck you are right - apologies I had you talking about the rate of ball to Jordan out wide I’m the dumbfuck here:) But as a counter to your original point, Arendse has as good a test strike rate as Jordan and Kolbe’s is higher than Reece and Clarke’s, so the Boks are on the same page
